Maine House of Representatives

Representative O’Neil is serving her first term in the House, she is currently the youngest woman serving in the Maine Legislature. Maggie served an AmeriCorps term with the Maine Conservation Corps and has worked as an assistant Park Ranger at Ferry Beach State Park in Saco. She currently works in the hospitality industry. Dan Lauwers

Senator
Michigan Senate

Serving his first term in the Michigan Senate, Lauwers previously served six years in the Michigan House. Senator Lauwers was raised on a 100-cow dairy in the thumb of Michigan. Prior to his time in the Legislature, Lauwers founded Eastern Michigan Grain in 1993, worked for the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and the National Milk Producers Federation and worked as an ag extension agent. [node:read-more:link]

Beau Baird

Representative Baird is the only 2nd generation SARL member. His father, Jim Baird is now serving as Congressman for Indiana. Baird is the chief financial officer of Indiana Home Care Plus, a home health care agency, and owner/operator of Baird Ranch, one of the largest quarter horse breeders in Indiana.
